✅ 1. access and technology
How long do I have access to the courses?
You have 360 days access to each course from the time of booking or activation. During this time, you can view all content as often as you like.
What technical requirements do I need?
All you need is an internet-enabled device (e.g. PC, laptop or tablet) and an up-to-date web browser.
A stable internet connection is recommended.
📱 Note: You can also view the courses on your smartphone - but we recommend a larger screen for the best learning experience.
Why do I see the message: "Enrolment is now suspended"?
This message appears if a course has already been published, but is currently not available. not released for booking is.
This may have the following reasons:
- The course is still in the final revision.
- The course is Temporarily deactivatede.g. for updating content.
- Activation for the purchase will take place at a later date.
What does that mean for you?
You can currently take the course do not buy or start. As soon as the course is bookable again, this message will disappear automatically and you can enrol as usual.

📘 2 Course programme and content
How are the courses organised?
Our courses consist of video lessons, presentations and - in the case of intensive courses - an accompanying workbook with reflection tasks. Some courses also include a final exam.
Is there a workbook in every course?
No. The workbook is an exclusive component of our Intensive courses. If you are unsure whether your course is included, you will find the information directly in the course description.
Do I have to submit the tasks in the workbook?
No. The workbook is for your personal reflection and consolidation. It is your personal workbook - you do not need to hand it in.
How long does it take for a new course to be ready?
Creating an online course with us is a painstaking process. From the concept to the final version, depending on the scope, it can take several weeks last. We attach great importance to depth of content, clear structure and practical relevance - That's why we invest time to offer you the best possible learning experience.
🎓 3.certificates and course certificates
Where can I find my certificate after completing the course?
As soon as you have completed all the lessons of a course and - if applicable - passed the final exam, you can view your certificate directly in your profile under "My courses" > "Completed courses" download. The certificate is available as a PDF.
💳 Payment & refund
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can currently use Bank transfer or PayPal pay.
Automatic online payment (e.g. by credit card) is not yet available.
After your booking you will receive an invoice from us, which you can pay conveniently using one of the methods listed.
We are already working on integrating a payment provider to offer you even more convenience in the future.
Will I receive an invoice for my course purchase?
Yes, after your purchase you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail.
Can I cancel a course or get my money back?
As access to our courses is only activated after receipt of payment you can always cancel your booking until then.
Once the course has been activated, cancellation is no longer possible, as it is digital content that is provided in full.

Can I pause or transfer the course?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pause the programme or transfer it to other users.
However, you can decide for yourself at any time during the 360 days when and at what pace you work through the course.
What happens when my access expires?
Your access ends automatically after 360 days.
You can download important content (such as your certificate) before the course ends or book the course again if required.
🏢 Company membership
Does Eduvaro support my company with ISO 9001?
Yes. Our online courses are structured in such a way that they specifically support companies in meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 in the area Qualification and skills development to fulfil.
Eduvaro himself is not ISO-certifiedbut offers a practical solution - especially for small and medium-sized companies that do not have their own training department but still want to ensure structured training.
Your advantages:

Employees register voluntarily and individually
Course certificates are suitable for documentation as part of internal or external audits
How does corporate membership with Eduvaro work?
As a company, you book a suitable package - tailored to the size of your company. All interested employees then have the opportunity to register independently and start the courses immediately.
Membership is a monthly subscription and includes access to all courses in the selected package.
How many people can take part?
The scale of membership is based on the Company size (e.g. up to 10, up to 50, up to 100, 100+ employees).
Anyone in the company who is interested can register and take part in the courses - there is no limit on individual licences.
Is there proof of completed courses?
Yes, after successfully completing a course, participants automatically receive a certificate with name, course duration and topic.
This evidence can be used for internal purposes or external audits - for example as part of ISO 9001 or internal quality guidelines.
How long does the company membership run for?
Corporate membership of Eduvaro has a Minimum term of 6 months.
It can then be cancelled or extended on a monthly basis. During the entire term, registered employees have access to all courses included in the booked package.
